Dipotassium phosphate anhydrous is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula K2HPO4. It is a white crystalline or amorphous powder that is easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. It is mainly used as a corrosion inhibitor for antifreeze, a nutrient for antibiotic culture media, a phosphorus and potassium regulator for fermentation industry, and a feed additive.
It is used in medicine, fermentation, bacterial culture and preparation of potassium pyrophosphate
